  1. Where are Presto products manufactured?
    • All of Presto Tape’s products are manufactured in our manufacturing plant located in Bensalem Pennsylvania.
  2. Does Presto tape have a product to protect ductwork from dust? Yes, one of our newest products are HVAC self-adhering protective film available in standard rolls of 24", 36" and 48" X 200" widths or we can manufacture custom sizes as needed.
  3. Does Presto coat film or just convert?
    • Presto is a full line manufacturing operation, we coat our products with our proprietary adhesive formulations and convert the final product all under one roof.
  4. Do you export products overseas?
    • Yes, we work with overseas clients and produce for clients in multiple countries across the globe.
  5. What is the turnaround time for orders?
    • We feel we offer the best turn around time in the industry, often we can turn your order the same day and we pride ourselves on quick turn production and shipping. We have an in-house logistics team that work with multiple carriers to deliver your product on time every time.
  6. Will you provide special or custom packaging?
    • Yes, we offer custom packaging to meet your needs.
  7. Do you have a minimum order size?
    • es we do have a minimum order size, but we also partner with an Internet based distributor for small lot size orders. For orders under $500 please visit TapeManBlue.com, a top distributor of blue painter's tape.
  8. I am not sure which product will fit my application, what should I do?
    • We are certain to have a product to meet your needs, please contact your sales representative or complete the Film Evaluation Form located under the Technical Services tab.
  9. Do you offer custom products?
    • Yes we can offer a custom product, if the size and economics make sense.
  10. Where are your raw materials manufactured?
    • Our primary raw materials are manufactured at plants located in the United States and Canada .
  11. Does Presto inspect the quality of incoming raw materials?
    • Yes, and we also require our suppliers to provide documentation of their inspection and testing.
  12. If there is a problem with a product I purchased what will happen?
    • We document and retain samples from every production run and if you experience a problem we have a complete audit trail allowing us to research and solve the problem and if needed segregate questionable product. Please refer to our General Warranty under the products tab.
  13. Can Presto products substitute for other brands of film or tape?
    • Yes speak to your sales person or our technical staff and we can cross-reference the specific product.
  14. Where is Presto Tape headquartered?
    • Our headquarters are located at our primary manufacturing location in Bensalem Pennsylvania.
  15. Do you have sales or service personnel in my location or part of the country?
    • Yes, we have an inside and outside sales team as well as a network of Manufacturers Reps throughout the country.
  16. What is your freight policy?
